# Source-Grounded Conference Briefing

## Overview
A briefing workflow for turning the conference wiki into a decision memo without losing source boundaries.

## Evidence
- [[questions]] - Question index
- [[source-boundary]] - Source rules
- [[agent-source-index]] - Source map

## Evidence Boundary
This playbook is a post-conference action layer. It should cite sources for motivation while keeping implementation advice separate from observed event evidence.

## When To Use
Use this when preparing an executive summary, research memo, or next-build plan from the Worldsfair corpus.

## Steps
- Start from a question page rather than a broad topic when possible.
- Collect official schedule links, primary event media, supporting videos, transcripts, and slide pages separately.
- Write claims in a table that names the source layer for each claim.
- Use source labels and confidence notes when comparing people, companies, or tools.
- Record uncertainties and follow-up searches as open questions instead of hiding them.
