This playbook is a post-conference action layer. It should cite sources for motivation while keeping implementation advice separate from observed event evidence.

When To Use

Use this when preparing an executive summary, research memo, or next-build plan from the Worldsfair corpus.

Steps

• Start from a question page rather than a broad topic when possible.
• Collect official schedule links, primary event media, supporting videos, transcripts, and slide pages separately.
• Write claims in a table that names the source layer for each claim.
• Use source labels and confidence notes when comparing people, companies, or tools.
• Record uncertainties and follow-up searches as open questions instead of hiding them.
